Day two of what was supposed to be the beginning of this year's blog but instead, hunkered down waiting for a nasty blizzard to pass by and let the journey begin. Supposed to rage all day today and most of the night before heading out to sea. Total dump is scheduled to be in the 2-3 FOOT range from New Jersey north. So even if the thing is gone tomorrow morning, it will be at least a day before the crews can make 95 passable.
Somewhat auspicious start to this getaway. Photos to be posted later today but in the meantime this will have to suffice.
